• Instruct Pre-School students in an all-day program based on High Scope

• Develop lesson plans to meet the social and academic needs of all the students

• Assess student performance through anecdotal records, parent-teacher conferences, student portfolios, and an open house

• Organize and carry out home visits for all students at the beginning and end of the year

• Instructed several ESL students by making sure academics were available in English and Spanish

• Instructed students on the importance of eating healthy and getting exercise by eating daily meals with the students and implementing Color Me Healthy Nutrition curriculum

• Designed and developed activities to meet the academic and social needs of all the students

• Individualized all instructions to meet student goals

• Instructed several ESL students by making sure academics were available in English and Spanish
